As you know, I have had my own Etsy shop, Love You Sew Boutique, since 2013 when I decided to turn my little hobby into a business.  Since then, things have certainly grown and I’ve met SO many incredible makers on the  journey.  

Usually, I’m out at a handful of holiday markets telling all of the shoppers which booths have some amazing products.  But life and family is keeping me more at home this year.  I figured I could still help – but through my blog.  All of the shops listed below I have met AND have personally purchased products from their businesses.  I hope you find some gifts for your family friends while supporting small businesses like these.

For the Traveler 

I have purchased quite a few things from Nicole’s shop, Pokeycan.  She is not only a great maker friend, but makes these incredibly cute luggage tags and passport wallets.  They are great for presents to celebrate a special trip or you can even use the tags as a picture frame for a travel memory.

For all the Sweet Babies

PlatoPoo makes hilarious onesies with vinyl and will customize to fit your needs.  I’ve purchased shirts from Lisa for my boys and even one for myself!  The shirts and onesies are definitely high quality and customer service is phenomenal.

I met Kelly of TwinzzShop through the Columbus market scene and she makes super cute appliquéd clothing for kids.  I love that she uses up cycled fabrics for all of her original designs.  I’ve bought these for unique baby gifts…and she specializes in designs for twins and multiples!

For the Kids

If you have a child who loves to act and really exercise his/her imagination, then TinyVioletShop is for you.  Megan makes sweet whimsical wands from felt in an assortment of different creatures and characters.

For the new Apt or Home Owner

Through a few different events, I have had the pleasure of learning and actually weaving with Sarah.  She makes some incredible woven wall hangings and plant hangers.  I have a macrame planter, which hangs proudly in my living room!  Check out all of the beauty and color in her weavings and macrame at SarahHarste. 

For the Femmes

I am a huge fan of TheTartPeach which makes natural lip products.  The Sweet Beet lip tint is one of my personal favorites for the hint of color and feel good vegan ingredients.  These will make great stocking stuffers for those who love make-up.

OneSixFiveJewelry is one of my favorite shops for modern delicate pieces.  I own the Half-Circle hoop earrings which is such a fun update to the classic hoop.  I have small hands and appreciate that this shop accommodates those of us with “kid” sizes.  

For Everyone

When you don’t know what to get, an Adult Award is always appreciated.  TheHeirloomTomatos makes the funniest awards for your best friend, co-worker or sibling.  I have purchased the “I made a Tiny Human” award for new parents.
